Kristin is licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM). She became an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) in 2020 to better meet the needs of her breastfeeding patients and their babies.

In her clinical practice, Melissa provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care. She is particularly passionate about birth control counseling and supporting women through every stage of life. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, walking alongside them through challenges and milestones in their healthcare journeys.

Outside of her medical career, Melissa is a runner who frequently races across the Chicagoland area. She also enjoys playing volleyball and pickleball, baking, playing the trumpet, and spending quality time with her dog.
