Women's HealthFirst has implemented an automated lab results retrieval system. For your convenience, you may now obtain your test results by telephone! You may call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will be notified by telephone with an automated message when your results are available.

To retrieve your test results:

Call this number: (877) 681-3301

- or -

Visit: www.mytestresults.com
(Use client # 877 681 3301)

Carefully follow the prompts instructing you how to access your results. For your security,
LabCalls will request your social security number and your date of birth to confirm your
identity.

At the system prompt:

  1. Client Number: 877 681 3301
  2. Unique ID: Pt's 9 digit Social Security Number
  3. Pin: Pt's 6 digit date of birth

(An example of date of birth entry for someone born on March 9, 1947 would be 030947)

Please note the following:

  • There will be an initial call informing you that the test results are available.  If you are unavailable, a message will be left on your answering machine or voicemail.
  • Your results will only be available after you are notified. Pap smear results take approximately 2 weeks, lab test(s), biopsy and pathology reports take approximately 1 week.
  • If you do not retrieve your test results, the automated system will notify you again on the following two days.  If the results are not retrieved within 30 days, the system will archive the test results.  Please note, however that your medical record will always contain your lab results and may be requested as needed.

We are always looking for innovative ways in which we can better serve our patients to achieve the highest standard of medical care. We welcome your feedback on our LabCalls system.
